How long will it take to ship?

We process our orders in 1-3 business days. The order is then filled by our print shop typically between 7-14 business days (different materials take longer, for example printing on metal will add a week to the process).

Do you have a return policy?

Art Locale believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with your print we will fix or refund the piece at no cost to you. This includes any manufacturer's defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading. If you require a reprint or refund, please send a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem. Email this description to info@artlocale.org and we will be happy to assist you. Returns Window: Customer can return within 30 days from receipt of order. Refund Method: The refund shall be issued on the card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Customer will incur the cost of return shipping.

Where does the 10% donation go?

10% of all profits will go to local art programs to help foster a better art community! We have several active partnerships with local art programs in Santa Baraba and the money will be spread between these groups. Most notably, TAC (Teens Art Collective) run by the Santa Barbara Museum of Contemporary Art. TAC is a hands-on art program for Santa Barbara students ages 15-18. They help teens develop visual literacy skills, strengthen leadership abilities, and begin cultivating their own creative networks through exposure to practicing artists and arts institutions in the Santa Barbara area.

Where does the art I buy come from?

All of our talented artists are local to the Santa Barbara area and their ages will vary. Some are students, some are hobbyists, and some are professionals. The one thing they all have in common is their passion for the arts. We wanted to create a local platform to help them express that. Every piece you see for sale has been created by a local artist in Santa Barbara.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

If you haven't received your order yet and are worried it was lost, simply contact our team at info@artlocale.org. Include your order # and reason for your inquiry and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!



Cal McKinley and Nick Jansen first started Art Locale as a way to fund local artists while at the same time helping to build the Santa Barbara art community. Their love for art and support for these talented locals is what began this incredible journey.
