I created this drawing for my 3D Studio Arts class at Santa Barbara City College. I had to take two contrasting objects and draw them using different textures. I chose the Sun and the Moon because, in my Aztec culture, the Sun and Moon Gods are dominant figures that control the earth. Although my drawing isn’t in traditional Aztec style, the Sun side on the right is distinguished through her powerful and confident composure.
